Once upon a time, over 30 years ago, a fireman in San Francisco California created the original recipe of the Firehouse® Alarm's BBQ sauces. His original ideas, original flavors, and original products, have redefined the standard for flavor and heat worldwide. We have graduated from the Firehouse® kitchen to a full line of BBQ sauces, all natural 20 minutes Marinades and fantastic rubs and seasoning herbs. With each case of Firehouse® we sell, Ultimate Gourmet donates a percentage of the proceeds to a variety of Firefighter Charitable Funds. We believe in supporting those who protect us and save lives everyday.
